This is the best way to lose weight. What you should do is to decrease the amount of calories you eat every day by about 800. This is equivalent to a couple of chocolate bars. You can do this easily by simply cutting out the junk.
Then, do half an hour's exercise 3 times a week.
If you do this then you will easily be able to achieve your 2 pounds a week and possibly even more.
